Refund policy

WE INSIST YOU LOVE YOUR ORDER. You may return any artwork in its new condition within 14 days of receipt to receive a full-replacement value (store credit).* If you wish to make a return, please email us at Orders@Camille-Engel.com. (See instructions for damaged art below.)

HOW TO RETURN ARTWORK:
1. Contact us by email with the following information: Your name, username, contact phone number and details on the return.
2. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Repack the product in its original packaging materials. If the product is damaged in return shipping due to improper packaging, you will be responsible.

*FULL REPLACEMENT VALUE (Store Credit): Since each order is custom-printed for you with the highest quality materials, we cannot offer money back. However, if you are unhappy for any reason, or if you simply changed your mind, we will gladly offer you a full replacement value (store credit) for your return.

Camille Engel is an individual artist working hard to earn her living as an artist. She personally handles orders (with occasional help from family and friends.) We ask for understanding and patience while we navigate this new area of fulfilling print orders. Thank you!

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?
If any of your prints were damaged in transit to you, please DO NOT throw the box away. Photograph the damage and email photos to us within 14 days and we will replace your artwork.

POSTERS CATCH A WAVE?
If your paper posters have impressions from rolling, this can happen and is easy to resolve. Lay your poster on a flat surface, and use your iron on its lowest heat setting with a sheet of white printer paper between the iron and the poster. Any impressions should iron out in minutes. DO NOT LET THE IRON SIT on the poster – keep the iron moving so you don’t scorch.
